The Sacrifice, the Nation, the Forgiver

Before Christ came, there were six times women who were barren miraculously gave birth. Each of these six sons born grew to have significant roles to the people of God. Jesus’ was the seventh birthday ordained by God, and He fulfills the gifts, characteristics and stories of the others. Inspired by the devotional book by Martin Winslow and Daniel Carr, this sermon starts the series by looking at Isaac, Jacob and Joseph.

But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.
